Who is Delia

Delia S. Yeboah is a strategic brand advisor with over 20 years of experience helping leaders make sense of disruption by identifying the gaps others overlook.

Her proven alignment framework has been applied across more than 250 businesses over two decades, consistently delivering clearer messaging, sharper customer focus, stronger market positioning, and measurable commercial growth.

As founders step into leadership, roles evolve but the purpose of the business should not. A strong brand holds intent steady as products evolve and teams scale. It is not something to be changed with trends, but a structure that guides decisions, aligns people, and prevents dilution as the business grows.

This belief has shaped Delia’s entrepreneurial journey from the very beginning.

Delia began her career in 2005, launching a digital agency at age 20 with zero capital at the height of the dot-com era. She helped traditional Yellow Pages and brick-and-mortar businesses transition into the digital world long before Google and Facebook dominated marketing.

In 2010, she evolved her agency into a strategy-led creative model, guiding businesses from startup to upstart by turning ideas into products ready for market. Her strategic leadership later helped one app reach Apple’s Top Paid and Top Grossing charts in 2015. 

Alongside this work, Delia built and scaled multidisciplinary teams across Australia and Southeast Asia, leading global creative, UX/UI, and development functions to deliver complex, multi-market initiatives. She is experienced in sourcing and assembling high-performing agencies, consultants, and specialist freelancers worldwide matching the right capability to each project’s strategic ambition, complexity, and scale.

In 2018, her agency, Bubblefish®, was named in the Top 50 of The REBRAND 100® Global Awards—the highest recognition for excellence in brand repositioning and the first and only competition of its kind.

Between 2020 and 2022, COVID compressed years of business creation into months, with social platforms enabling creators to become companies overnight. As brands launched faster than legal safeguards could keep up, Delia launched BrandReadiy.com in 2021 to help founders validate business names early and reduce IP risk. BrandReadiy® received the Australian Marketing Institute Award for creativity the following year.

As artificial intelligence reshapes how businesses operate and how customers behave, Delia identified a growing need among established organisations for strategic transformation—without losing the legacy that made them successful. This marked a full-circle return to her core strength: spotting product gaps in the market and guiding people through change with clarity, intention, and purpose.

Her clients are not looking for shortcuts or cosmetic changes. They are organisations that want to go deep—businesses committed to serving a real need, building with excellence, and unwilling to dilute their purpose for speed or trend.

Known for being unafraid to go first, Delia brings sharp analytical thinking, high strategic clarity, and an ability to translate complexity into direction leaders can act on. Her approach is rigorous yet human, commercially grounded yet values-led.

Beyond her ventures, Delia serves as Board Chair of one of Sydney’s fastest-growing independent schools, focused on equipping the next generation of leaders with entrepreneurial skills to thrive in an ever-changing world. She has also judged the Entrepreneurship Program at Western Sydney University for six consecutive years.
